up by Drei is the digital sub-brand of Hutchison Drei Austria, launched in 2022 as Drei's answer to spusu, bob, and HoT. up is app-native: customers sign up and activate entirely inside the up app, with eSIM as the default and physical SIM available on request.
up plans run on the same Drei 4G and 5G radio network as classic Drei tariffs but at lower price points. The cheapest plan, up Pure, is EUR 9.90/month for 55 GB with 5G — the cheapest mainstream 5G plan in Austria. up also has a youth tariff (up Under27, ages 18-27, EUR 14.90 unlimited) and a top-tier up Unlimited+ at EUR 24.90 with 40 GB EU roaming.
