Methodology

Every plan, network metric and provider claim on SimCompare365 is sourced from named regulators, network test providers, or operator tariff pages. We never invent or paraphrase a number.

Network performance scores come from Opensignal (London Mobile Network Experience and Austria Mobile Network Experience reports), nPerf annual barometers and RTR Q2 2025 market data. Each cited number carries its publication date in the footnote so readers can audit freshness.

Plan prices are pulled from operator tariff pages and verified each week against operator Vertragszusammenfassung PDFs (Austria) or product-page snapshots (UK). When a plan changes price, the comparison table updates the same week.

We score plans on five dimensions: price per gigabyte, EU roaming bucket, international minutes, annual price-rise policy and credit-check requirement. Each dimension is weighted by category — value-led pages weight price, traveller pages weight EU roaming, etc.

We do not accept payment for placement. Affiliate revenue does not change ranking position. The editorial team reviews rankings quarterly with the full criteria documented in our Editorial Policy.
