NORMA connect is the prepaid SIM brand of NORMA Lebensmittelfilialbetrieb, a German discount supermarket chain. Launched in 2014, it is operated under licence by congstar (Telekom Deutschland's in-house MVNO) and runs on the Deutsche Telekom D-Netz.
