Blau is a German MVNO launched in 2005 and acquired by Telefonica Germany (O2) in 2018 from Drillisch / 1&1. Since acquisition, Blau has run as an internal O2 sub-brand on the O2 4G and 5G network, positioned as the digital postpaid value brand alongside O2 (premium), otelo (Vodafone-network sister), and ALDI TALK (prepaid).
Blau's flagship tariff is Allnet S Flex at EUR 7.99/month for 20 GB on a Flex contract (monthly rolling). Postpaid plans with longer commitments scale up to unlimited data. 5G access is included on every tariff that supports it. eSIM activation is available.
